Eating more vegetables and fruits, the daily amount is three or more servings daily which mean I have to buy more fruits and vegetables, more often. It makes a lot of sense to try to avoid developing cancer especially since the treatments are only partially effective and frequently almost as unpleasant as the disease itself.
